Help Center Articles
Log in to your church's CCB community. In the upper right hand corner, select “Help.” Type a keyword in the search field to display results in the Help Center.
Help Center Videos
Log in to your church's CCB community. In the upper right hand corner, select “Help.” Click "Videos" in the drop down menu to display video results in the Help Center.
Support Tickets
If you are unable to find the answer to your question through our Help Center, we also offer email and call-back support. The most effective way to receive help from us is through our eSupport System. Please note: only Support Contacts have access to submit a ticket. If you are not a Support Contact, please contact the Master Administrator at your church to submit a ticket for you.
