One of the exciting features of CCB Deluxe is Event Notes. This allows small group leaders, Sunday School teachers, and anyone else who records attendance for an event to attach important supplemental information to that event. You can add a topic for the event, general notes about what transpired, praises and prayer requests, as well as information about new people who may have attended. Once attendance is recorded and event notes completed, you can then quickly notify all the appropriate people via email. This greatly enhances your leader-to-leader communication while allowing you to keep a historical record of all of your churches events.
