Who in your church knows if the Women’s Ministry can use the Fellowship Hall for their monthly Potluck? What happens when they are sick or on vacation? How do you manage the variety of requests to use your available facilities and equipment? CCB allows staff and Group Leaders to request any available resource when he or she adds an Event to their Calendar. If a resource is already committed, it will not be available for other events at that date and time. That allows those who are planning events to quickly and efficiently make timing decisions without having to call the church office. Now you can eliminate those embarrassing double bookings. You can also run reports to determine the percentage of capacity usage and/or budget allocation.
