CCB includes a complete and dynamic contribution and pledge tracking and reporting system. Transactions are all of the individual or family contributions that make up a Batch. Within a transaction, you can divide a contribution into several categories (splits) if an individual has designated where they want the funds to be used. You can also keep track at which service an individual made a contribution. An individual can securely see their giving record and at the end of the year print out their own giving statement. Church administration can call up batches for deposits, reports and graphs for staff meetings and print out giving statements for those who do not have internet access in their homes.

Three Modes
The transaction system has three modes: On, Admin, or Off. 'On' enables all transaction features. 'Admin' allows only transaction administrators access to transaction functionality. 'Off' turns the entire transaction system off.
Contributions
CCB enables you to keep track of contributions that members and supporters give to your church.
Customizable Fields
Giving fields for things like your Chart of Accounts categories are fully customizable, allowing you to create special giving projects, missions, or building pledge funds in addition to your general giving category.
Batches
A full batch system is integrated into the transaction system to group transactions by batch and type for accounting purposes.
Pledges
If your church would like to do a capital campaign or another giving project where you would like to set a financial goal, this system allows you to set your goal and also take pledges for each member of the church. The pledge system is transparently integrated with the transaction system.
Self Tracking
Conveniently, each member who is given a login and password can print out their own contributions to the church at year end, saving time and postage for the church.
Reports
Track and report on giving trends for regular offerings, building campaign, ministry drive pledges, goals and fulfillment.
Use Case
Yolanda Peaslee was a church administrator of a church of around 1,000 members. Every January she had to prepare the giving statements for the members of her church. She would have to print them out, put them into envelopes and hand them out or mail them to the members of her church. Imagine the time and effort that went into that project every year. Now, with CCB, all she has to do is notify the members through announcement or email that it is time for them to get their giving statements. Through CCB, members can print out their own giving statements.
