Document Libraries
One of the most time consuming aspects of being a group leader is trying to get the appropriate material to the right people in your group. The CCB document libraries feature of our church software allows group leaders to upload and store documents on their group home page for easy access by their group members.
Using your church's FTP server* to store these files behind the scenes, but integrated directly with CCB, group leaders can upload text, audio, video or PDF files. Once uploaded to their home page, group members can easily access and download the documents.
*Your church must have an FTP server available to upload documents into the document library. If you do not have an FTP server, we have a partner company that can get you set up for only $3.95/month for 500MB of FTP space.

Use Case
The New Church Youth Group is planning to go on their annual summer camp trip in a few months.
The Youth Group Pastor, knowing the permission slips he has will likely not make it home if he gives them to the students, instead uploads them to his group's home page.
Then he sends an email to the parents of his students letting them know about the location of the permission slip. The parents are able to log into the application, go to the group home page and download the permission slip from their computer at home.
