Family and Individual Record Tracking
There are two types of basic people lists in the CCB system, Individuals and Families. Every individual has a profile that identifies critical information about that person. In a church setting it is helpful to know more than just home location, phone number and email address. Each individual in CCB can be identified by their giftedness and interests, personality type and capabilities, and in terms of connection, most importantly, the assimilation process tracking from first time visitor all the way to contributing member.
The CCB Individual and Family Directories allow you to organize, store and share important information with ease: Attendance reports, member records, assimilation processes, are all a result of integrated and dynamic information gathering and flow.
Features
Permission Based
Every person in a CCB Church can be assigned a login and password that allows them into the member connection area and allows them to have their own personalized home page.
Individual & Family Database
Every person and family who attends a CCB church is entered into a database that identifies them by profile criteria.
Reports
There are a number of individual related reports available in CCB such as attendance, assimilation, giving and directories.
Assimilation Tracker
This feature allows a church to track every individual by where they are currently in the assimilation process of the church. The steps of the assimilation process can be customized according to your church culture, procedures and language.
Search Filter
This feature allows a CCB Church to find any individual or group of individuals by whatever criteria is selected from the individual edit page. You can find people and put them into a group for administration by age, marital status, geographical location, talent, giftedness and a lot more.
My Profile
The "My Profile" link allows individuals quick access to their personal profile information. This link quickly takes you to a place to edit personal information. Additionally, you can do lots of work such as viewing groups you're in, seeing friends, family, positions or events you are involved in. An individual can edit their own profile thus saving time and effort for the administration of the church.
My Friends
You don't have to look through the entire individual directory every time you wish to communicate with the people you contact most. They can be added to your "My Friends" list. This saves time as it can be time consuming to navigate through all of the members to find the ones with whom you communicate the most.
Use Case
Bob and Judy May have 3 children and visited Southpoint Church for the first time. They all sat in church together on Sunday Morning hoping to glean enough information to see if Southpoint was the place for them. They filled out a welcome card and identified all the members in the family. Sunday afternoon Nancy Fremont, the Office Administrator, was able to not only input every member of the May family into the database, but was also able to identify the children by age group and put the whole family into the system according to their age bracket. On Monday, the Mays received an email from the church in general and from the department leaders of each of their children's age groups. Not only did they receive a cordial thanks for attending, but they also got information about where their children might fit in at Southpoint.
