Accurate and up to date information is vital to any church's continued health and growth. The Forms system in the CCB application is a tool that can be used to gather that information.
Use Forms to create any number of forms, from surveys to building use application forms, announcement collection forms, prayer requests, etc.

Creating a form and assigning somebody to manage the responses is a simple process.

The form and questions, possible answer choices, and types of questions are fully customizable by the church.

Only those given access to manage the forms or a Forms administrator can view the responses.

Completed forms can be matched with Events to track attendance, Groups, Positions or Steps in a Process.

Forms are available on the public web site so that individuals without login privileges can access the forms.
Use Case
Neighborhood Church likes to send out a survey every year to its attenders to find out the pulse of the community and to see what types of things need to be added or changed in the following year.
Previously this process took Neighborhood Church many people hours to prepare the surveys for mailing and compiling the returned data. Money was also needed to pay for the postage needed to send the surveys.
With the CCB application and the Forms system the time needed to create the survey and send an email to everyone in the database notifying them of the survey was very minimal.
The system itself compiled the data and no money was needed for postage. The staff was able to view the information in a more timely manner and because of the easy access to the survey more individuals responded than in previous years.
