Positions
One of the exciting things about the church is how individuals can get involved and use their gifts and talents to serve the Kingdom. The difficult part is organizing and communicating the opportunities a church has and matching them with the individuals best suited.
With CCB, it is easy to match opportunities to serve with individuals best suited to serve. Not only can individuals see what opportunities are available, but the system actually will help them find a fit based on their gifts, passions, skills and style. Leaders can also seek out individuals with the best matches for their open position(s).

Integrated Gifts, Skills, Passions and Style
Positions are integrated with the customizable spiritual gift, skill, passion and style settings associated and linked between individuals and positions.
Ideal Spiritual Gift
Select an optional ideal spiritual gift for each position then click one button to see a list of the people best suited for that position.
Ideal Passion
Select an optional ideal passion for each position then click one button to see a list of the people best suited for that position.
Ideal Skill
Select an optional ideal skill for each position then click one button to see a list of the people best suited for that position.
Ideal Style
Select an optional ideal style for each position then click one button to see a list of the people best suited for that position.
Latest Positions on My Home Page
The latest entries into the position system are automatically posted to every individual's "My Home Page"
Open To All vs. Application Required
If a position is "Application Required", individuals interested in that position can review it and click "Express Interest / Apply" and an email is automatically sent to the leader showing details about the interested individual.
Use Case
Bob Jones, a leader in your church can easily find members who are particularly gifted or talented and invite them to participate in the areas where their gifts and talents can be best put to use.
Joe Miller, a newly committed regular attender, can go to the "Positions" list and find a place to participate.
By clicking on the link, "Express Interest/Apply", an automatic email will be sent to Bob Jones, the leader responsible for that position and notify that leader that Joe Miller wants to participate.
