Use Case
New Song Community Church had no problem getting visitors to come to their church. Through an aggressive outreach program they saw 15 - 25 new people show up at a worship service every week. But, their growth pattern was not matching the rate of visiting.
They realized they needed a process through which they could help their visitors become regular attenders. Using the Process Step Workflow System, they easily sent first time visitors emails thanking them for coming and inviting them to attend what they called the RUNew Cafe.
The next step was to encourage those who attended the cafe to attend a basic introductory class held by the Pastor that explained why New Song existed and what it had to offer. This class led to another which led to a small group system which led to membership. At each step they were able to easily identify who was at which step and invite them to the next.
