Real-Time Attendance Tracking
Attendance Tracker allows for taking attendance very easily for events that occur regularly such as weekend and midweek services, Sunday School classes, choir rehearsals, weekly Bible studies, etc. Easy Attendance™ includes a menu on the right side showing which classes have been reported and which have not been reported.

An attendance report is available to show total weekly and average attendance from each class (group).

Administration Tracking
This feature allows the administrator the ability to easily see those classes that have not reported attendance.
Attendance by Date Range Reports
Easily report on attendance with the ability to report by month, quarter, year or any date range you choose. Also, group leaders can easily see the date last attended for individuals in their group.
Use Case
Joe was new, but came regularly to his rather large Sunday School class. He didn't speak up very much and easily blended in. No one immediately noticed when he wasn't there for three weeks. However, when his leader printed the class attendance report, the date last attended field was easily recognizable and he immediately was able to give Joe a call and see how things were going. Joe felt cared for and missed, even in that large Sunday School class environment.
