Secure Child Check-In
Feeling safe and secure about your child and being able to be contacted in an emergency is very important to visitors and members alike. Check-In allows you to keep track of who is attending a class, what events other family members are attending, and any special needs of the attendee. It also helps ensure the safety of the child because only the person with the security code printed during check-in is allowed to pick up the child.
 CCB's Check-In allows you to look up a family by three different ways: phone number, name or barcode. Then you quickly check them in and print out name badges and parental receipts.
It is very easy to add a new family and get them checked in.
With families as busy as ever, CCB's Check-In provides a convenient, quick, efficient check-in for an entire family in one stop. Our "Check-In Plus" additionally offers self check-in stations so that a family with a keycard can check in their own family and even print out security labels for the day. Also with our "Check-In Plus" package, a family can check children in for multiple services at one time!
Uses for Secure Child Check-In
- Track attendance for any event your church hosts; easily identify and contact those who are absent.
- Pager numbers and security codes can be printed on class reports to ensure the teacher/leader can locate and identify the child's family, if needed.
- The check-in system keeps track of the location of the entire family attending simultaneously, so it’s easy to find parents in the event of an accident or emergency.
- Keep children safe and secure during dismissal. The only person allowed to pick up the child is the one who has the receipt with the child's security code printed on it.
- Collect basic visitor information in order to identify the family, determine the classes to put them in, and provide for quality follow-up and assimilation.
