Integrating CCB into our church was one of the best decisions we've ever made. During the decision-making process, we were looking at hiring 2-3 part-time people in order to help me properly assimilate new and existing members. Before CCB, it took us almost a week to make initial contact with new visitors to our church. Now, all visitors on Sunday are contacted by phone or email first thing Monday morning. That's how it's supposed to be isn't it?
Before we purchased CCB, I had questions:
- If we welcome a new family on Sunday that has a 2 year old, can I set up CCB to only notify staff members who will make contact with them. Currently, I just use Outlook to "copy all".
- How do I know if staff members are receiving my communications? Will it help me with the "follow-through" process?
