Office Administrator
As the Office Administrator for our church, I wear a lot of hats. Whenever somebody needs something they usually come to me first. Just being able to access reports and member information quickly would save me so much time.
Before we purchased CCB, I had questions:
- I'm not a "techie", but can run programs like Outlook and Word. Is CCB easy to use for non-technical people?
- What is included in CCB?
- Online demos are great, but I'd prefer someone to guide me through all the features. Do you have a webinar?
- With our existing system, it seems like nobody is ever there when we need help. Will I be able to "speak with someone" if I have questions?
- We're on a fixed budget and can't afford any "hidden costs". How much is CCB?
