To ensure a successful and effective launch of CCB’s innovative tools to your ministries and members, we now offer Custom Implementation Services. With Custom Implementation Services, a CCB Project Manger will work closely with your Church Implementation Team to:
- Identify and prioritize your ministry needs
- Help plan and coordinate the steps needed to provide an integrated implementation Develop targeted recommendations and actionable tasks
The CCB Project Manager will provide the expertise and experience throughout the process, thereby providing your ministries and members with the ability to shape and integrate CCB tools into the way you do ministry.

Data Conversion Services
Data conversion and the associated services are one-time and are optional. Pricing is based on the number of individual records being converted. Individual data, contribution data and group data can all be converted.
Feature Requests
The truth about us is 'we listen to our customers'. We don't just encourage feedback from our users for what they would like to have added, we implement it. We strive towards providing at least 4 upgrades per year. Many of the features that are added are directed by the requests of our customers.
Before each release, we send out an update email letting each customer know the new features they can expect in the release and also any changes or upgrades in the existing areas. Then, without any cost or interruption to service, each church is upgraded with the latest enhancements to use immediately.
Custom Development
How can a program meet all the needs of all the customers? That is a question that has plagued the ministry software application industry for years. The solution of the traditional software providers is to hopefully include these items in their update schedule. At Church Community Builder, we realize that ministries should not have their needs stifled. Therefore, we often contract with our leading ministries to do "Custom Development".
An idea is presented and, if possible, CCB determines a way to develop the idea so that it will benefit the most users. A special project quote is given and, if accepted, a schedule is set and our development team goes to work.
