CCB has always been committed to providing a high level of support and personal care to our customers. For us, it goes beyond "Training" and "Support" and begins with the solution itself. By creating technology that is intuitive, easy to use and not overwhelming in its scope, we also diminish the need for you to interact on a regular basis with our Customer Care team. While they are here to help and happy to do it, if you end up knowing the birthday’s and anniversaries of our Care team associates, we haven’t done our job well!
That being said, we still provide you with robust implementation, training and support options that can be tailored to meet your unique needs. From online videos to on-site consultation we will help you assemble the right mix of services to ensure successful implementation of CCB for how YOU do church! Basic Support is included with all versions of CCB and Premier Level Support options are available for those who desire that extra measure of care and responsiveness.
