Our staff truly understands the local church. Many of our associates have been in church leadership at one point - some have served in church much of their lives. We also learn constantly from over 1,900 church partners that we serve in 15 different countries. We know the implementation of any new system can be an overwhelming task, especially considering the time involved in the daily work of a thriving ministry.
Church Community Builder is an accelerator of momentum, but not a creator of it. Technology in and of itself is not the answer to any system or process issues for any organization. How do you help us stay on track?
By checking in on your progress during the weekly scheduled calls. The project plan is very detailed and provides a context for schedule and progress discussions.
What are the qualifications of the CCB Implementation Coach?
CCB Professional Services will assign you an Implementation Coach based on your situation as well as their expertise and availability. Our Implementation Coaches are fully trained in the CCB Solution, Project Management and the fundamentals of Organizational Change. In addition, they have the capability to leverage any other CCB Associate for assistance and knowledge as required. This is not a contract with a person; it is a commitment with the company.
What happens after the project is over?
Toward the end of the six month project, your Implementation Coach will help you transition into CCB’s regular support model. This is focused on submitting email-based tickets directly to the CCB Support team. That team will have access to all the implementation notes to help them answer your questions. Additionally, you will have the option to extend the project timeline if necessary.
Are other services available?
Yes. CCB has a team focused on developing and delivering strategic consulting services that enhance the systems and processes of your church. Current expertise revolves around Custom Implementation, Re-Implementation (for those who seek to re-energize their use of technology), and Assimilation. New services are being developed within our team and in collaboration with strategic partners.
