Now that you're smiling let us tell you that the CCB family of products is amazingly easy to learn and use. With our extensive help files videos you can easily begin to navigate CCB as soon as you purchase the application. However, if you want to get the most out of your application, learn how to apply the features to your unique ministry needs, develop some shortcuts, or just get better at using the tools available to you through CCB, we highly recommend our CCB training program. Here are the options available to you:
Video Tutorial Library - The CCB Video Tutorial Library is a set of pre-recorded videos that help train your staff, volunteer leaders, small group leaders, small group members, and your congregation in general. Currently, there are over 100 videos divided by category and new videos are added to the library on a regular basis. These videos can be viewed as often as you would like, by as many people as you would like. They are easily accessible from inside the CCB application, and are included with each version of the CCB solution.
Virtual On-Site Training - Schedule a day or two of online webinar training for your church staff, key leaders, or other church members. The virtual on-site training allows you to select topics related to your ministry needs. You get the benefits of on-site training without incurring the travel costs. A CCB Trainer will teach the concepts of each topic while allowing time for your staff to have quality question and answer time. Actual training time for a “day” is 4 hours, which is typically broken down into two 2-hour sessions.
On-Site Training - You set the schedule, the agenda and we come to you! An experienced CCB Trainer will come to your location and train your staff based on your specific needs in a group or one-on-one environment.
Customized Webinars - Need some specific training on an area of CCB? Need to re-cast vision for new staff and/or leadership? This valuable resource is tailored to your needs and available by the hour.
