With our extensive help videos you can easily begin to navigate CCB as soon as you purchase the application. However, if you want to get the most out of your application, learn how to apply the features to your unique ministry needs, develop some shortcuts, or just get better at using the tools available to you through CCB, we highly recommend our CCB training program. Here are the options available to you:
Video Tutorial Library
The CCB Video Tutorial Library is a set of pre-recorded videos that help train your staff, volunteer leaders, small group leaders, small group members, and your congregation in general. Currently, there are over 100 videos divided by category and new videos are added to the library regularly. These videos can be viewed as often as you would like, by as many people as you would like. They are easily accessible from inside the CCB application, and are included with each version of the CCB solution.
Webinar Training (Feature-Based)
These online, feature-based webinar trainings give your church the "how-to's" of CCB. A CCB training specialist will teach your staff, key leaders, and volunteers the best practices for using the features available in your CCB solution. You set the agenda for particular training topics needed and our trainer teaches the concepts of each topic. Each class includes a quality Q & A time and multiple sessions may be purchased at once.
On-Site Training (Strategy-Based)
These strategy-based trainings are customized specifically for your church. You set the schedule and agenda and we come to you! An experienced CCB training specialist will conduct a thorough discovery process through discussions with your key leadership to determine your church's felt needs and key ministry objectives and work with you to develop a customized training plan. We'll then come to your location to train your staff, key leaders and volunteers on how to employ your CCB solution to achieve specific goals and support your overall vision.
