What will happen to your church when you’re no longer able to lead it?
People know you as the office expert, but you know the role goes much deeper. Success for you is about empowering your leaders with the data and administrative support they need to understand how people are being cared for and how God is moving in your ministry.
No pastor intentionally sets out to destroy their vision for ministry. However, we all know that every church is susceptible to potential risks that could impact their ability to influence their communities and reach people for the Kingdom.
A good friend of mine has a rustic cabin about an hour outside of Colorado Springs. Every so often, I will spend a weekend up there helping him cut ridiculous amounts of wood into pieces small enough for the fireplace. It’s hard work … especially for the chainsaws! If we don’t sharpen the chains before we start cutting, the work takes longer and our bodies are much sorer at the end of the day. If we are going to get the job done right, we have to sharpen the saws first.
Today we want to shine a spotlight on Elevation Christian Church, one of the churches that we get the privilege of serving. The leadership at Elevation saw a need in a family that serves at another church and proactively used Church Community Builder to rally financial support within the Elevation church family for this family.
