WE’VE SIMPLIFIED THE SCHEDULES PROCESS

This tool is so easy to use it requires no training, automates your volunteer groups, and is easy to duplicate for the entire year. Spend a few clicks setting up your services...not a few days.

GIVING MADE SIMPLE

Your members will be able to give from any device, and they don’t have to login to pay for things like a men’s retreat. This makes all incoming transactions easy for you and the person giving. Our software also integrates with several giving platforms that you might already be using, making the transition seamless.

Automate giving reports

Need a report of weekly donations? You can build out the report right in our software in seconds and send it to other staff.

Run donor analysis reports:

Let’s say you have first time guests who just visited and happened to tithe. Now you’re able to simply pull a report and send all of those people an email inviting them to join a home group! Also, when a person donates, their information is automatically updated in all of our features.

END OF YEAR GIVING STATEMENTS

With the Giving feature you can send out an email to everyone who hasn’t logged in to the software reminding them they can access thier End of Year Giving Statements. This allows you to save money and people are able to keep track of all their donations digitally.

NO MORE FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS

Process Queues are built to follow up with people. This could be first time guest follow up, background checks, volunteer pipelines, hospital visits, prayer requests, membership process, leadership pipelines, and more.

REAL CONNECTIONS

Talking to someone on the phone and they mention they want more information about Youth ministry? Connect them with your Youth ministry by adding them to their process queue. The software will alert the Youth staff when to follow up and allow them to connect with that person.

COMMON USES OF PROCESS QUEUES

  • Send personalized follow up emails to first time guests inviting them to join a home group!
  • Follow up with people who’ve had major life events. If a member lost a loved one, you can set a reminder to reach out to them over the holidays to check in and see how they’re doing and send them flowers.
  • Create a plan for a missions team. Remind your team about upcoming team meetings, financial check points and packing lists.
  • Streamline the volunteer application follow-up process. Process Queues will help you make sure that new volunteers go through the correct application steps and are placed in the appropriate position to help prevent burn out!

What is Church Community Builder software?

The key to building a community for your church is keeping everything connected and organized. The Church Community Builder solution provides church leaders with a web-based church software. Our software was designed with church leaders in mind. Since church leaders are our inspiration, our system will help you build up and support a more connected, smoother running ministry.

Communication: perhaps the most important feature of growing and sustaining a ministry. We developed Church Community Builder to be a central hub for all of your church’s data and tools, allowing you to effectively communicate with every single one of your members. We can help you to ensure that none of your members slip through the cracks of communication and involvement.

Church Community Builder strives to support you successfully achieving your ministry and message.

Why is Church Community Builder a web-based software?

Good question! We have a few reasons behind why we chose to deliver the software in a web-based format. Fun fact: web-based software is also known as Software as a Service (SaaS). So, let’s get into the benefits of SaaS:

  1. No additional equipment is needed to run our software. It doesn’t matter whether you are using a PC or a Mac system, all you ever need to use our software is your computer, or even a mobile device, and Internet access. Not to mention, with the software being run directly through your web browser, you won’t need to worry about downloading anything onto your computer. Church Community Builder is supported on most modern web browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer versions 9+.
  2. No installation needed. Software usually requires a download, right? Not with Church Community Builder! Unlike locally hosted applications, you don’t have to worry about installing the software on every computer that needs to run it. We know that can become quite a hassle. Additionally, if our software requires an update, you won’t need to worry about completing the installation. All of our updates are conducted instantly and ready to use in your web browser. You can rely on our software to be fully updated and ready to go when you need it.
  3. Freedom to work where you need to. An added benefit of our SaaS system, is that it can be used in any location that there is internet access. It doesn’t matter if your in the church office, at your own kitchen table, working from your favorite coffee shop, or on a flight to the Bahamas - you are guaranteed access to your church management software. Although, we don’t recommend working while you’re on vacation. Especially in the Bahamas! Please take your well-earned break and enjoy the view!

As you can see, there are obvious benefits to using a web-based management software. This is why we carefully chose to deliver our product in a SaaS.

What is the best Church Management Software?

Seeing as we are a church management software, we’re partial to CCB but, there are a number of ChMS solutions out there. Keep in mind that every church is different and your administrative needs may be different from any other church. When you know what you’re looking for, it’s easy to identify what the best church management software is for you and your church.

What is the best 2018 Church Management Software?

There are a ton of resources out there breaking down software solutions for church management. But, as we mentioned before, the best way to find the right Software Solution is to know the administrative needs your church has. What are the benefits of church management software?

It’s simple. A church management software makes running your ministry much easier. The larger the congregation, the harder it will be to keep on top of things. Church management software like Church community builder comes with a suite of tools and features that make the day to day running of your church smooth and trouble free. Do you need a way to communicate and keep track of your congregation? - management software makes that a breeze. Do you need to keep track of donations and contributions to your church? Most church management software is robust and flexible enough to meet all your needs. Whether you have a small church with 100 attendees or running multiple churches, management software like CCB can help you do it.

What is the best software for worship?

CCB integrates with and recommends Worship Planning (worshipplanning.com) for all your worship planning needs. Plan your service details, add or import songs, upload files, and add notes for yourself or your team. Make schedule changes on the go one week at a time or for multiple months to keep team members up to date. Team members can be notified via email, text, and even Facebook. All your team has to do is "accept" or "decline", and you’re ready to. Need a team member to access and edit details? No problem. Team members can also access the service details you've set. And if you hit a hiccup, you can update the worship flow and find substitutes to serve as needed. Plans are centrally stored in the cloud ensuring you and your team can securely access them from anywhere, instantly.

How secure is your web-based church management software?

Data security and privacy is one of the most important concerns when it comes to using any computer based products. We take this issue very seriously. To keep it simple, all of your data and information is safe with Church Community Builder. If you want to know more about the details of how we keep your information safe, please read more below.

DATA PRIVACY & INTEGRITY

The security of your data is taken very seriously. Our servers run Linux and have the latest stable versions and security updates installed. In addition to hardware firewalls, we use IPTables firewall software on our servers to keep them locked down as much as possible. Behind the scenes, our servers are only accessible by authorized staff securely via SSH or VPN, and all uploads/downloads of critical information are done via Secure FTP (SFTP). In addition, all passwords and login IDs to your solution are hashed and double salted to prevent unauthorized login attempts. On the user end, all church individual logins must be at least six characters long and contain at least one numeric and one alpha character to further ensure security of the data. Also, after five unsuccessful attempts at login, the user’s account is locked for a 60 minute period. Our primary and secondary datacenters are protected with dual keycard access and 24/7 video surveillance and security staff.

DATA BACKUPS

All customer data is snapshotted hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to local network storage. Offsite backups are done nightly to a secure location in the unlikely event a catastrophic scenario prevents data access or recovery from the primary datacenter. Finally, we store daily backups to Amazon’s S3 service in the even more unlikely event that both the primary and secondary datacenters are unrecoverable.

REDUNDANCY

We realize reliability is a critical component of your trust. We’ve configured our systems to ensure N+1 redundancy in our firewalls, loadbalancers, physical servers, and virtual services. In addition, both datacenters employ N+1 redundancy for power, cooling, and connectivity.

REDUNDANCY

A 60KW UPS and an 80KW natural gas powered generator provide continuous power to the servers and communications equipment. All of the facility equipment is operating while the UPS and generator are standing by. In case of a power emergency, the UPS takes over. The generator then starts up to provide uninterrupted power flow until the utilities company fixes the outage.

REDUNDANCY

Our datacenter is connected to the Internet via redundant OC-12 fiber lines. We feature fully burstable 100MB access to the Internet and to your location. The datacenters employ Cisco equipment for networking to ensure the best quality and reliability in the industry. In the unlikely event of a router failure, we have AB routes configured for an immediate failover to a standby router.

Do I have to pay extra for my churches software updates?

Absolutely not! Once you’ve purchased your churches software, every single update and enhancement that is made to our product is included with your license. Our fixes and updates are made on a regular basis to ensure that you are getting the most out of your software. Even better? Since Church Community Builder is web-based, you get every single update immediately! Thanks SaaS!

Do I need special equipment or a specific type of computer?

One great thing about our web-based software is that there is no need for any fancy equipment or specific computers. You could be wondering how that works, and in short, since the system is web-based all you really need is a web browser and internet connection. No matter the type of computer you have, as long as you can enter the world wide web - you’re ready to go! We do highly recommend a high-speed internet connect to experience the best results, however it’s definitely not a requirement.

While definitely not required, if you are the kind of person that just loves to geek out and accessorize your tech, a few of our software’s features can be enhanced with additional equipment. Extra equipment would include things like congregation or staff check-in barcode scanners and label printers, financial check readers, and scanners. Things like that can be a cool tool to utilize and give our software that extra fancy flair.

How many people can access the software at one time?

As many as you need! We do not limit the amount of people that can access our software at one time. We strive to serve churches of all sizes. So, it doesn’t matter if you have multiple campuses or a large number of volunteers - anyone can access the software whenever they need to. This allows you to share our software with staff, volunteers, congregants, and more! Our software is created with the concept in mind: the more people with access to the church management software, the more meaningful engagement your church will receive. Which is a bonus for all parties involved.

Do you provide training to use this software?

Absolutely! Our software is not going to be a big help if you and your people don’t know how to use it. We offer training for every single one of our users. You can rely on our team to help you out with anything that you need in terms of learning how to properly utilize the software. We want you to get the most out of our system.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes! We’ve all experienced purchasing a new software only to feel like we’re left hanging when it comes time to dive in. We don’t abandon our customers. Once you integrate our church management software into your workday, we are readily available to assist you with any support you need. Additionally, we have tons of free learning resources, like online help articles, video tutorials, and email ticket support. When you purchase your Church Community Builder software license, all of this support is included. If you’re interested in a deeper level of support, we also have a Premier Support service that you can purchase as an add-on to your software.

Will your church management software interface with our church website?

Yes! Good news! Our church management software is easily accessible from your website. This is all made possible through our software provided web tools. This type of integration enables you to easily share any information regarding events, groups, and giving - directly from your own church website. When we say that our church management software transforms your website into a powerful community portal, we aren’t kidding. This integration is just one of the many ways that your community is connected through our software.

Do You Have Child Check-in

Yes we do have child check-in. In fact, we have a very robust check-in system that you can tailor to your needs. We understand that having a smooth trouble free experience will ensure that any visiting family will feel comfortable enough to come back the next week. Using our powerful check-in system you can make sure your parishioners and your volunteers have peace of mind on a Sunday morning.

Is there a more direct way to access our data?

In short, yes! Every single version of our software includes API capabilities. Okay now… What is API? Well, basically, API is a way for two separate computer systems to communicate with each other. Church Community Builder gives users the capability to read, and even write, to specific areas of your database through API services. This helps to keep all of your data in line with any other software systems.

We’re not going to lie, this type of data access will require a programmer from your end, as they will need to set up the details. If all this talk about API didn’t excite you, you’re probably not the programmer on staff. :-) No worries! We get it. The good news is that you just might have someone in the church office who would be more than glad to build some amazing integrated applications and tools for you.

Do you have a mobile app?

We do! We understand just how important mobile applications are in this mobile-first world we all live in. We are excited to offer a mobile application for all of our current CCB service customers to use. Our mobile app is called: LEAD. That way, you and your leaders can provide the highest quality of care to your people. Manage the full picture of your people with CCB’s LEAD mobile application.
