How to keep up the pace in your life, work, and mission

As a leader, it’s your job to establish the pace of your ministry. People are looking to you to set the direction and velocity of your mission. And if you’ve ever been in that place, you know it can be a challenging task.

Finding the right pace is essential for long-term ministry effectiveness. Move too fast and you leave others behind or crash and burn within a year. Move too slow and you fail to generate any excitement around your ministry and miss opportunities to make an impact.

Diving deeper into the topic

Learning how to do this effectively impacts more than your ministry. It carries over into every area of life. I’m really excited to dive deeper into this topic at Velocity Conference. If you’re going to be there, I’d love to connect. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to bring your team.

What are some practical ways you establish and keep pace in your life and ministry?
