Church Management Software

Schedule a Demo

Our process is different from most.

We know one size doesn't fit all, and that's why we don't offer template pricing. We want to get to know your ministry, your challenges, and your needs before determining the right software fit.

Let's explore how our powerful tools and custom services can meet your unique ministry goals.

Shortly after you fill out the form, a member of our team will connect with you over phone or email to walk through the discovery process, and lay the groundwork for what you should expect.

Versions and pricing

We want to know what goals you have for your ministry. This is where we identify your needs and how can we help. Our software is built to empower your leaders (Eph. 4:11–12) and there are several ways to accomplish this.

Once we know your goals and objectives, we can answer the all important questions about software versions, custom services, and pricing.

Software demo

Next, we’ll provide a live or recorded demonstration to help you understand the functionality of the software and how everything ties together to help you meet the mission and goals of your church. This includes a Q&A time to clear up any questions you may have.

Test-drive the software

Bells and whistles are useless if a tool is not easy for your team to use. We’ll provide you and your team access to an established demo site so that you can evaluate the user experience our software would provide.

Pre-launch plan

Change can be difficult, and we want to make it a bit easier. We will give you the tools, support, and information to assist you in your decision process. If you want to hear what others think, we’ll connect you with other churches that have been where you are.

Software launch

Congratulations! Let's introduce you to the teams that will be taking care of you through your onboarding process. Still have questions? No problem. We'll be checking in over the next 90 days to make sure that our Customer Success team is serving you with excellence.
