Service Plans for the Mobile Leader

These days, we're doing more and more on our phone.  Even when we've shut down our computer for the day, “after-hour” requests will show up as text messages, direct messages, or even surprise run-ins at the local coffee shop. Needless to say, we can’t always pull out our computer to make changes to our schedules or service plans. Now, we won’t have to!  We're officially bringing Plans to the Lead App to give your leaders the flexibility they need wherever they are.

Category Organizers, Schedule Admins and Plan Organizers now have the ability to Create a Plan wherever they are! Add songs, sections, and files directly from your phone to accommodate any moment of inspiration, even while watching The Mandalorian.

Edit a Plan
Take immediate action when a last minute change comes up. Leaders can easily open their Lead App and delete songs, tap-and-drag items to reorder, and edit descriptions for each item.

Add a Plan
A lot of work goes into planning your worship experiences, so we've made it easier by letting leaders add their service plan to a schedule even when they are away from their laptop. Just locate the schedule week and tap “+ Add Plan.” Choose from a Plan Template or create a brand new Plan.

But what if they don't see any more weeks in their schedule?

Add More Schedule Weeks

Schedule Admins, Plan Organizers, and Category Organizers can now add more weeks to their schedule directly in the Lead App, making this schedule tool even more flexible for leaders.

Keep your eyes open in the coming weeks for this update!
