Background Task Delays May 8-11

 



Throughout this past weekend, several background task types related to timed events failed to process punctually. These timed tasks are responsible for several notifications (attendance, scheduling, and need reminders) and several reporting updates (list of recently processed recurring gifts, scheduled reports). Though no data was lost, the reporting delay was significant (days).

Our engineers have identified and resolved the cause of the severe delay, and these tasks are in the process of catching up. At the current pace, we believe all queued tasks will complete before 12pm MDT (GMT -6).

We understand you rely on timely notifications and information, and we're sorry for the disruption these delays have caused you!
