Software Outage and Latency (Monday, Jan 26)

Update: Jan 26, 2015, 5:00pm (MST): Our engineers were able to identify the problem and they made several changes to improve the performance of our servers. You should no longer be experiencing delays or connectivity issues.

On Monday, January 26 around 9:00am (MST), our engineers became aware of intermittent connectivity issues with the Church Community Builder application. Around 10:00am MST, we posted to the status twitter account (@ccbtech) that we were investigating the issue.

We believe these connectivity issues are the result of large volumes of people accessing the software to generate giving statements and process data from weekend church services. We believe the connectivity will improve as the day goes on. You can monitor the system uptime by going to status.churchcommunitybuilder.com.

Our engineers are currently working to resolve this connectivity issue and improve the performance of our servers so this doesn't happen again. We know the impact that an untimely outage has on your church and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thanks for allowing us to serve you!
