On Friday, June 12 around 4:11am (MDT), our engineers became aware of intermittent connectivity issues with the Church Community Builder application and posted to the status twitter account (@ccbtech) that we were investigating the issue.
Problems on one of our primary database cluster masters failed to trigger an automatic removal from our load balancing equipment. Once we identified the issue, we manually removed the affected server in order to restore service and confirmed a return to normal service at approximately 4:22am (MDT). You can monitor our publicly posted system uptime by navigating to software program.
We take the impact that an untimely outage has on your church very seriously, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during this window!
