When you have questions about the Church Community Builder software, do you know how to get the answers? Our friendly and knowledgeable support staff want you to know that they are about more than just How-Tos and bugs...and there are more ways to reach them than just submitting a support ticket!


Talk with a Human

We want you to be successful! There are a number of ways you can get guidance from one of the members of our Customer Success team:

Submit a ticket... for anything!
If you are the Master Administrator or Support Contact, you can submit a support ticket right from within your site. But did you know that our team handles more than just How-To questions and bug reports? They would love to help you with strategy questions, implementation advice, data services, training, billing & renewal questions, upgrades, etc. Does something seem off about your site or your data? You don't have to troubleshoot alone! If you can think it, our team wants to help you answer it!

Schedule a call with our support team
Sometimes you really just need to pick up the phone and talk directly to a human. We now provide the option for you to schedule a call with the support team. This phone appointment allows you to chat directly with someone, at a time that works for you, to get your problems solved.

Get the VIP treatment
Our Premier Support service gives you quicker support response times with live chat, instant phone support, and your email support tickets go to the front of the line. This support option also allows you to add an additional Support Contact. Submit a ticket for pricing information and to learn more about Premier Support.

Share the love with a secondary support contact
Every Church Community Builder account has a Master Administrator who can submit support tickets, but did you know you can also designate a second Support Contact that can submit tickets too? Go to your site's Account page to see your list of Support Contacts and make sure you have a second contact designated.
