Service Interruptions August 22, 2017

On the evening of August 22, 2017 at approximately 7:38pm MDT, we became aware of the inability for roughly 13% of our church partners to log in to Church Community Builder sites. We immediately started investigating the cause and after following our process of diagnosis, we identified the problem was due to a hardware failure on one of our primary database servers. As is protocol, our engineers began the process of rerouting those church partners to one of our secondary database servers and sites became accessible again at approximately 8:09pm MDT.

Hardware Maintenance -Wednesday, July 12, 2017

On Wednesday, July 12, 2017, starting at 10 pm MDT and ending at 2 am MDT, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our systems to upgrade our infrastructure. We have engineered this project to minimize any service interruptions for our church partners, but church partner sites may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes during this 4 hour window while we are moving hardware on to our new switches. [RESOLVED] Check-In Printing Problems for Firefox ESR 52

Update (Aug 15, 2017): We have confirmed that Check-In printing works successfully with the latest version of Firefox ESR, 52.3.
