We are a web-based solution, so it only makes sense to offer an online Help Desk that is available 24/7! Trying to figure out how to create a group? Enter financial contributions? Record attendance? Our Help Desk is well organized and easy to use, with articles and videos on almost any topic you can think up. And just to make sure you know exactly what’s going on, we even have an article on how to use the Help Desk.
What happens if the Help Desk doesn’t answer your question? Well, we have a friendly and knowledgeable Support Team who will help answer your question through our email support system. One of our team members will get back to you within one business day, and many times they’re even faster than that. Basic Support is available to two members of your staff. Our goal is to give you the best support possible, while helping to turn your church’s support contacts into local experts on the software.
If you want to receive a first response within one hour instead of one business day, we offer this upgraded support level. Premier Support also lets you talk to one of our team members by phone, live online chat, and of course, our regular email support system. Instead of two support contacts, you’ll get three. Already a church partner? You can contact us to upgrade anytime.
If you have multiple campuses, you can increase your support contacts in groups of five people. We call that Multi-Site Support Packs. You can purchase as many as five packs, which means you could have up to 28 people across the ministry who can contact us!
