Is it possible you're entering an incorrect username or password?
Church Community Builder has a 99.98% uptime. Find out if we're experiencing a short downtime. If there is a warning sign, please know we are aware of the situation and are working quickly to resolve this issue. If all is green, then there may be an issue with your local internet connection. Check your network settings or contact your network administrator for assistance.
There are a few steps you'll need to go through to change your Master Admin, to make sure it gets handled in the right way. Take a look at this article; it will guide you through those steps.
You can change your Support Contacts on your own once a month. If you need to make an additional change or if you want to add extra support contacts, you'll need to submit a ticket.
